The Garden to Table Program is an opportunity to provide valuable skills to our youth, from planting seeds, harvesting crops, and utilizing these resources provided by our hands and Mother Nature to bring food to the table and access our kitchen.
Our youth are taught kitchen safety protocols and are provided with valuable skills not taught in most classrooms or homes, such as blanching, canning, and pickling.
